By downloading, installing, or using the "I Ching: Fortune Teller" mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. The license is granted solely for the purpose of accessing and using the features and services provided by the App.
The App and all content it provides, including I Ching readings, interpretations, and AI-generated responses, are intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Nothing in this App constitutes legal, medical, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on the content provided by this App.
The AI-powered reading feature uses OpenAI's API to generate interpretations based on your input. These responses are generated automatically and do not represent the views of the App developer. We are not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses, their accuracy, or any actions you take based on them. By using the AI feature, you acknowledge that responses are generated by an automated system and may not always be relevant, accurate, or appropriate.
The App may offer in-app purchases, such as additional features or virtual items ("In-App Purchases"). By making an In-App Purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees and abide by any additional terms and conditions associated with such purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
The App may provide renewable subscription options ("Subscriptions") that grant access to premium features or content. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. To cancel, go to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal for this App. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
The App, including its design, graphics, text, content, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of Aliaksandr Bernat or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App or any part thereof without prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and treaties. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
