By downloading, installing, or using the "Book of Changes" mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. The license is granted solely for the purpose of accessing and using the features and services provided by the App.
The App may offer in-app purchases, such as additional features, subscriptions, or virtual items ("In-App Purchases"). By making an In-App Purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees and abide by any additional terms and conditions associated with such purchases.
The App may provide renewable subscription options ("Subscriptions") that grant access to premium features or content. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled by the user. Payment for Subscriptions will be charged to the user's account at the time of purchase, and the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled.
The App, including its design, graphics, text, content, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of the app owner or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App or any part thereof without prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and treaties. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
By downloading, installing, or using the "Book of Changes" mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, or if you do not have the legal authority to accept and be bound by these terms, please do not use the App. Your consent to these terms is a prerequisite for using the App.
